Egyptian singer-songwriter Nour has officially released her highly anticipated debut studio album, Nour, marking a major milestone in her rising music career. The self-titled record features nine tracks, including eight solo songs and a collaboration with producer Tom Caro titled Nesety Nafsak, which recently received a performance on A COLORS Show.
Written and produced by the 24-year-old artist, the album offers an intimate reflection of her personal experiences and musical evolution. Nour describes the project as deeply autobiographical, saying it captures stories she has lived through and represents her most authentic work to date.
Alongside the album, Nour also released the music video for Mawassem, one of the project’s lead singles. The visually striking video complements the album’s introspective themes, with the artist calling the song “a piece of my heart.”
After years of building her audience through standalone singles, Nour brings together the full spectrum of her artistry in one cohesive project. Rather than chasing trends, the album showcases her versatility and emotional storytelling, establishing her as one of Egypt’s most promising emerging voices and signaling the beginning of an exciting new chapter in her career.
